Mission of JSC Krasnokamsk Metal Mesh Works is to achieve a supreme satisfaction of woven fabrics and metal meshes demand of industrial establishments and business owners of Russian Federation and near abroad.

Objectives

Company’s activity is intended to improved performance in the market of woven fabrics as well as to looking for new sales areas for its product. Based on its production company is aimed at expansion of new products for sale in new markets. In addition, we are definitely oriented to decrease of expenses.

Quality policy

Our Joint Stock Company is intended to keep the leading positions in the industrial woven fabrics and meshes in Russia as well as to take a steadfast stance in the market of neighboring states based on a supreme satisfaction of our customers.

Since 2012 the plant has implemented the system of lean manufacturing.

The company's management decided that one of the first steps will be the implementation of the 5S system – the culture of production. Since September the implementing process has begun, and currently the 5C system is evolving and improving.
5C is a tool of workplace organization for effective execution of the functions. 5C is visualization and standardization, the underlying instrument which changes the production system and which is aimed at improving ergonomics of workplaces and handling processes

5C consists of five steps: sorting, arrangement, keeping clean, standardization and compliance - improving.
The result is the creation of a comfortable climate in the company, reducing losses, improving product quality and productivity.
